A phone call is the first step. This way we can get to know your needs and gather some important info. If we decide to move forward, we will come out to your property for measurements and to conduct a detailed estimate. We charge a $60 fee for estimates, that will be deducted off of your next project.
After the official quote has been signed, we require a 40% deposit upfront. The remaining balance is due after the project is completed and your expectations exceeded.
E-transfer is the recommended form of payment, but credit cards and cheques are also accepted.
Most likely. The majority of decks above 2ft from the ground require a city permit. We will always take care of applying to and obtaining permits to keep the process hassle-free.
